“Great service. I was in an accident and they were called by the city. They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver.They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. They were very knowledgeable and helped guide me. very helpful when you are out of your mind from being unexpectedly hit.Thanks so much.”

“So grateful for the warm, kindness, help I received from Cassandra, Garrett and Jacob. I'm a dialysis patient on oxygen and I needed help to get a new battery. I spoke on the phone with Jacob to get information about a new battery and he was super nice and understanding. He gave me the information I needed to know. This was yesterday, Saturday 2/17. I called today Sunday 2/18 to make arrangements for a new battery. I spoke to Cassandra and the information she gave was the same as Jacob. Jacob was off today. I brought my van into Auto Zone and right away they came to help me. Cassandra was with another customer so Garrett helped me. Apparently, I didn't need a new battery. He did a test and found out that it was my alternator that needed to be fixed. I was pretty upset so I sat on the side of my van to gather myself and Cassandra came up to me to check on me. She offered me a drink to feel better. I did. Not only because of the drink but also nice customer care. I felt very relaxed there. They took good care of me. God bless them all.”

“Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”

“Terry is a good guy and very helpful. He noticed my battery wasn't connected correctly while looking at my car and would not let me leave until he fixed it. He also ran my codes twice to make sure my car was ready to be smogged. He did not charge me. He took a good amount of time out of his day to help me. I would say he is a genuinely good mechanic not out for your money.”

“My tire popped on the highway and I didn't have a spare. Although I did not call them their tow truck was passing by so the driver was kind enough to pull over to offer help. I did end up using their towing services. So thank you so much to Towing Concord for helping out and also helping me remove the tire once I was home.
