I’ve gotten my TPMS repaired by them a year ago and just recently needed to take in my 2006 Prius for maintenance/repairs after a bunch of lights came up on my dashboard. James is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, truly a master at his craft. Not only were the repairs made, but the crew cleaned the inside of my car as well (thank you)! The cost of the services were quite steep, but it does make sense with the quality of service you’re receiving. I was also given a 36 month/36k mile warranty for the services! Definitely go see James and his crew at Oakmont Auto Care! Best auto shop in Walnut Creek, hands down!”
“My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“The team at East Bay Auto Repair is truly terrific. I already knew they were a good shop when they refused to do a tire rotation and alignment on my car a year ago, instead sending me to a tire shop down the street for new tires. I appreciated their integrity then, and vowed to go back.
When I did go in recently, they gave me a fair price on repair work on my car, and even adjusted their fee for evaluating the car to help keep the overall price manageable. They revised their estimate down when they were able to find used parts for less than expected, and when I had a minor issue that needed adjusting after I’d picked the car up, they took care of it quickly and thoroughly.
Overall they were thoughtful, easy to work with, and did the work in a timely manner, with (holy cow this is never true) great communication about what I could expect and when to pick up the car. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a shop, and will definitely go back when I need work done in future.”

“Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”
