They were able to track down an OEM windshield within 1 day, which usually takes a few weeks to import from Germany, and get me in the next day for replacement. The whole process took less than 2 hours and they even threw in a Starbucks voucher while I waited for my replacement. The placement and work detail was top notch as well. Furthermore, they were able to replace a broken part that I brought in at no additional charge. Everyone was courteous, easy to talk to, and down to earth. The 1st review was left on Yelp a little over a year ago.Unfortunately, another windshield chip happened over the Holiday Week before New Year’s. I commute weekly to the Inland Empire from OC - lots of mileage placed on my car.I knew I could call Hanson’s Auto Glass to have the windshield repair fixed quickly. Eddie was willing to repair the windshield the day I called. It was raining so I preferred to wait until after the New Year’s Holiday. Like clockwork, Eddie arrived right on the scheduled date /time. Jeff came out and did a great job of cleaning up the gasket area and replacing them with a higher quality material than what was in the factory design. He also replaced the weather shield around the window which was crumbled and some was missing. Great job at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend calling Coast for any auto glass issue you may have.”

And of course, the fix/repair that was performed on our CRV was perfect.The initial assessment was quick but thorough, explained what's to be done and possible options that i can go through.On the actual repair, they were pretty spot on the estimated time when i dropped off the car and got status updates (albeit from automated system) on the progress.Pick up was great once the repair was done. I've got a call to schedule and the car was ready clean as promised.Wish i got more details on the status updates. “FINALLY an auto glass place that does what they say, when they say they will do it. After 6 (yes, 6!) no shows from Safelite Auto Glass I was given the option to choose the company I would like to replace the windshield in my 2022 F-150 Lightning. Safelite absolutely could not figure out which windshield was supposed to go on my truck. I had so many cancellations and part mix-ups, delaying the replacement from when I made the claim in June to the end of September. I was put in touch with Elite by my insurance company and I was immediately aware I was in a better place. Elite stated they would use the VIN of my vehicle to find the correct part and call me back in 15 minutes to schedule the replacement. They called me back in 5 minutes and said they ordered the correct part and would be out in two days (one to receive the part, replacement the following day) to complete the work. The appointment was set for sometime between 9am and 11am. Elite showed up at 8:55am ready to do the work. What a difference from Safelite! The work was completed quickly and correctly the first time and I am now finally driving around with a crack-free windshield!I cannot more highly recommend an auto glass shop than I can recommend Elite Auto Glass. If you're looking around, look no further. This company is first rate!”

“Ok, here's the deal- the guy who runs this does his own work, is his own boss, is funnier than hell, and the kind of naturally smiling pleasant, even happy kind of guy that brings a smile to your face just being around him:) AND, all that aside, he's been doing this for years, is quite the artist, takes less than an hour, and it took me several minutes to find where the chip had been in the windshield!
