Customer service is mostly awesome, but occasionallyit seems like it goes off the rails when they are busy due to supply chain issues, new seasonal releases etc.. Such is life. It's not always easy. I highly recommend the pillowcases-they are so soft and beautiful. Lovely tolook at and heavenly to dream on.”
