Today I came to this branch, the staff was not professional at all, I only went to request a direct deposit form, I was the only person waiting, Niknaz received me and left me waiting for a considerable time and did not attend to me, then a person came out through a door next to the cashiers and attended my request, I was on my way to work and arrived late because of this situation, I do not recommend this branch and this directly affects Bank of America
Today I came to this branch, the staff was unprofessional, only VAT to request a form for direct deposit, I was the only person waiting, Niknaz greeted me and left me waiting for a considerable time and he did not assist me, then a person came out through a door next to the cash registers and attended to my request, I was on my way to work and I arrived late due to this situation, I do not recommend this branch and this directly affects Bank of America

Worth bank ever. They are thieves and branch tells you something and the customer tells you something else. I deposited a business check and they told me there is not going to be a hold on it but a couple hours later they send me an email saying they will be a 7-Day hold on it, as a small business owner I suggest you to bank with Chase rather than BOA because they actually care about small businesses and give a lot a perks and there is never a hold on deposits.
I will be closing my account as soon as they release my funds.

If I could give zero star to this bank, I would. Some of the staff in this branch are there to give customers a hard time. There is a lady in particular, I am not going to name names, and I know the manager knows who that person is, who on two occasions told me lies about my mother’s banking. And I later found out that they were not true. I do not wish to post bad Reviews for any business but today something else happened at that same location that prompted me to say something.
I had previously made a cash payment to a credit card that I am an authorized user of. One Teller told me that I have to give her my Social Security number in order to complete the payment. I gave it to her. However, today, another teller at the same location did the same transaction for me without asking for a Social Security number. I specifically asked , if they need my Social Security for this transaction and she said no because it’s just a payment. This was very distressing.
I will try not to use this branch in the future.

This review is for Bank of America, not this branch. Wells Fargo took a little over an hour to do the exact same thing that Bank of America says will take 3 weeks!! No notory at this or most other BofA branches. Kelly at this branch is good to work with but everything has to go through corporate so she’s just the messenger. We are dealing with inherited trust accounts and will be moving to another bank ASAP. We will never bank with Bank of America. Too antiquated and too slow!

Obviously this branch is terrible and my one start review will only prove this branch and branch manager Mena needs additional training on customer service. Stay away from this branch please. Mena was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I want to appreciate Mena of BOA, Paseo de Valencia for excellent customer service. She owned my case (closing my mom's custodial account) worked, followed up, updated me, maybe couple of weeks, all the way to the end. Thank you and commend you for all your hard work in my case. You're the best!!!

BEWARE! Staff does not know policy and procedures and give inaccurate information about accounts and how stuff operates. Then they argue with you. Also, staff all tell different things about the same topic.

Corporate should get involved with the customer service . Took 25 minutes to deposit one check . 7 people in line and only one person working the front desk . The rest of the employees were sitting in their office. Place is terrible . Find another bank .

Bank of America is as unethical and as unsupportive as can be. Having been there for 30+ years and my family for more than a half century. I'm done. Lacie's photographer stole more than a 1000 dollars and told us to go to our bank and dispute the charge and the bank has done next to nothing. They took more than a week to file the claim and then refused to provide a credit. They do not support their customers or protect our purchases. The manager that I eventually was transferred to, Sarah (employee number 8yy2g) had the gall to be insulted when I asked her to stop blathering on if she couldn't help. Horrible customer service.

Came here to get address proofs for an DMV appointment. Kelly was super nice and welcoming. She helped me and my wife quickly. She also introduced us to Mark who told us about CD. Really nice and friendly customer service from both!
