Rented a car last weekend from Michelle Ho, Branch Manager and she is excellent in every respect, customer service, professionalism and knowledge. She made my day! When I returned I reported some inconvenience with having to put air in one of the tires and to my surprise she reduced my final total by $50.00 which really helped me pay for my trip!
