“This gym is great!! I am semi-private strength training twice a week with a friend and Tommy is great at teaching us how to lift properly so that we don't hurt ourselves. I feel stronger every week. I highly recommend taking any of the group classes or doing private training!”

He keeps the workouts fresh by changing up the routine and he does a great job challenging and motivating you through both strength and conditioning portions of the class. “Our family loves Wave Gymnastics and coach Angie and the rest of the team. We are so thankful we found Wave! Our daughter initially started out at one of the larger gyms in the area, but once we checked out Wave, we immediately switched over. The gym is always so clean and has great air circulation. I like that the parent viewing area is outdoors too. My little one loves doing private lessons with coach Angie and also the group classes. Everyone here really cares about the kids and gives them individual attention. And most importantly, there is a focus on safety first!”
