Quest Diagnostics in Laguna Hills is located in the Taj Mahal Building and offers COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment along with routine lab tests, drug screens, and blood and urine testing. Service is described as very good, efficient, speedy, and very fast, with friendly, kind staff who have positive attitudes. Scheduling an appointment on the app is very easy, and wait times are short. The location is easy to access with easy parking. A minor suggestion is that the audio in the waiting room can be too loud. Some frustration was noted with the phone system, as there is no direct way to call the office with questions. Saturday service is available by appointment.
Just had a blood draw from Carlos in the Laguna Hills location-he was amazing!! So kind and I was a bit nervous from previous blood draws that really hurt-with Carlos I didn’t feel ANYTHING!! It was great-thank you Carlos for making it so easy-hope I can have you again for my lobotomist!
