Everything/services are very good and efficient; except some minor improvement suggestion:
The audio sound too loud at waiting room lobby, it distracts my attention on check-in registration at Kiosk machine.

My husband who is 93 waited for 3 hrs. to get his blood work done. That is disgusting and inhuman.

I’d like to go to the Taj Mahal quest here in Southern California Laguna Hills so easy so fast easy to park easy to get in and out. Staff is friendly places clean you can’t ask for anything else easy Peezy

Management, please check who worked on the 5.09.2024. I drove for 30 mins only to find out that the door was locked at 4:25. That’s 5 mins earlier. People who walked out of the office tried to go back in couldn’t do it and were surprised as well. Don’t keep workers who don’t appreciate their job.

Service was speedy and efficient (much appreciated!) - it was frustrating when making an appointment though that there wasn't a way to call the office and ask a question. I had a Q. that was not answered by the FAQ page. (Phone lines were all robot/auto-recorded options.)
