“5 Stars+, for sure! I was in a bind on a Saturday, needing to quickly empty out 2 wine refrigerators (12 cases of wine) to prep for flooring installation in my house on Monday (scheduling mishap). I called Wine Storage Mission Viejo and, although closed, Javiera returned my call, and connected me with the owner, Derek. Derek coordinated his team and they were at my house that same day with wine boxes, labels, and tape. It only took them 20 minutes and they were off to Wine Storage of Mission Viejo to safely store my wine. This all happened on their day off, and because of their caring, and "can do" attitude.
