If safety is a priority for you, Pouch is the perfect spot, as you need to check in and out your key for your storage unit. The only potential inconvenience is you can only access your unit during business hours, but this policy also enhances the security measures in place. I highly recommend this Pouch.”

The place was very nice and neat and clean.The employees that helped me were very friendly and organized and quickly got me through the paperwork and helped find me the perfect size unit I needed without any hassle. Their prices were average but fair. I was in and out of the office and already loading my new storage unit within probably 20 mins. And I was quite pleased with their hours of operation. Open early and close late. (5am-10pm) makes it very convenient. And having a public restroom is a plus. Would recommend... 5-out-of-5☆'s”

Juan helped me open the unit up but before that found me a better unit based on my immediate needs (ended up saving me 100.00 per month). When I transferred to a smaller unit we noticed there had been some damage to the unit due to vermin.Juan and his manager Manny stepped up and helped me complete a claim form.After not hearing from the adjuster for about a month I called back in and Michael assisted me (he was brand new but stepped up!)The team was diligent getting my claim processed and items replaces . They will have my business long term!”

Met property manager Guy, who was very helpful took us around showed us where we were helped us with our unit had shown us how to use the elevator and code box. He has a great personality very personable answered all our questions, and we did notice that the facility was very clean, and we were very happy with the whole process. He’s a 10 star in our book.”
