“Received 5star service on A difficult to find light switch! I am not electrician and we made a special order for the wrong item. The product was available for pick up the very next day and it was incorrect. I was more than 50% responsible for the incorrect order. Without any charges or restocking fee they re-ordered the correct item and I received it, again within one day. All of this and it was done with a smile and a fair price”

“I have mailed ordered many times thermal direct labels from Office smart labels. I have purchased permanent and removable 4x6-in labels, as well as direct thermal permanent labels and a variety of sizes. The product is comparable to all the other labels I've ever bought the price is better and the services prompt.”

“To the BÉIS sale "Door Queen"

This review would have been 2 starts. However becuase of her we give it 20 starts!
My name is Bella Allen, the Administrator and Founder of the “BÉIS Addicts” Facebook group, and I’m here to give a huge shoutout to the dynamic woman managing the door at the sample sale this summer. Let me tell you this woman is the heartbeat of the entire operation. Without her, things fall apart. The way she handles that door, controls the lines, and manages Standby holders is unmatched. She’s efficient, assertive, and knows her job inside out. It’s like watching a well oiled machine in action! I’ve been coming to these sales for years, and when she’s on duty, everything runs smoothly. But when she’s not there? It’s pure chaos. Lines are a mess, people wait far longer than necessary, and the entire experience takes a hit. I saw firsthand how the standby line didn’t move for an hour and a half without her there, leaving people waiting in the heat without shade or water. It doesn’t reflect well on the brand, and it’s frustrating for everyone.

Inside, It was tough to navigate, and throwing popular suitcases into a sea of eager shoppers, watching people scramble like piranhas, was not just unprofessional it could be a huge liability. At one point, I even jumped in to help the stock team organize the luggage so people could grab what they wanted without the chaos. I suggested a better, safer method moving the luggage distribution to the back of the building. By Saturday, I was happy to see the changes implemented, making things run much smoother.
Another issue was line backing up into the luggage area, causing people to get bumped and pushed people crossing back in fourth with their hands full was difficult. For the next sale, I highly recommend rerouting the line so it doesn’t interfere with shoppers. I understand managing this event is no easy task. As a former event planner for 25 years, handling everything from the Emmys, Oscars, Teen Choice Awards and Golden Globes Gifting Lounges, I understand how many moving parts are involved.
Back to the lady at the door is doing the equivalent of running a red carpet and managing press and media, and she’s doing it flawlessly. She deserves major kudos and a million raise from the company! I’m happy to volunteer any hours needed for future events. Best of luck at the next sale, and keep rocking it!

“Peggy was such an angel to get my mom into her hearing appointment even without one and help me get to talk with my 91-year-old mom without yelling and getting frustrated with her. The audiologist, Sam, also overhead my conversation with Peggy and he said that I didn't have to bring my mom back the next day that he would take her into the booth and help my mom by adjusting her hearing aids. She can hear now and I am less crazy ? trying to talk to her. Bless you!!!”

“Went through car wash yesterday & it's the same familiar type of drive (pull) through wash & dry facility you'd find at gas stations. Plenty of soap & wax product seemed to spray out over the car. The brushes and dryer vents seemed to cover my car well. I did notice many small spots of dirt and pollen that didn't get washed or brushed out. Several outside the facility were towel wiping the autos. The polish shines well after drying. All in all it's worth the $7.99 even considering you'll most likely want to wipe remaining stains and dirt off yourself.”

“Costco never fails. I love their ethics, professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. Great product, store cleanliness and customer service. Some customers are pushy, show poor courtesy to others. Walk very fast and ""with a cart", cutting people at a very close range while the store is Super full. My advice to you is, if you are on a hurry or don't want to be run over by people with no manners don't go to Costco on a weekend.”

“food court is the best. my favorite is the hotdogs, my boyfriend usually gets the pizza and we just come here for lunch and a Costco date. The only downside is, when you come in for food- you cant sit down you have to walk all the way back outside and eat and then come back in for shopping. I guess you could do the other way around but i feel like it would be more convenient to have an eating area like other Costco's do. other than that i LOVE Costco its my favorite place to be.”

“I F’n love this company. I’ve always respected them as a retailer and an employer. Who would think that such a big entity would be so humanizing. You can’t beat their value or dedication to quality. I almost makes me aggro, how much I love Costco”

“Typical Costco center. Service personnel are helpful but this doesn't match up to the one in Irvine when it comes to products. I have always noticed this falling short of some of the popular items such as milk, fruits and vegetables both in terms of variety and stock than its counterpart in Irvine. Gas price is definitely lowest in the surrounding area and has lots of filling stations but is always busy. Getting into it and coming out of it is a pain. Parking is also problematic even with spots farther away from the store getting filled up during weekends. It's the horrible attitude of folks who visit this store that makes getting in or backing out of a parking spot a pain. Watch for bad drivers, there are lots of them who visit this Costco.”

“Once I moved into our new home, we were more than ready to finally start our membership. We went around the holidays and they were doing a special promotion to get $30 toward your first purchase when you sign up with their basic membership. Fiancé was most excited to finally have access to the Costco food courts, especially their hotdogs, but he's quite sad about the lack of chopped onions. I always get a slice of pepperoni pizza and sometimes we'll split a strawberry sundae right before we shop. For general home needs, the anti-fatigue cushioned kitchen mats has been a game changer. I typically spend a few hours meal prepping on Sundays for the week, but the mats are very thick with a nice cloudy bounce to them. For prepared foods, we love the scalloped potatoes, Santa Maria marinated tri tip, bare chicken and garlic bread. I'm sure I'll have more as we make more trips, but please share your faves! For other things I'm grateful for that have been repeat purchases are the sliced beef trays, pasture raised eggs, Fuji/Gala apple boxes, head on shrimps, and romaine hearts. I'm still figuring what's best to purchase at Costco, but I feel you'll get your money's worth on the non-perishable goods. It's just our family of 2 so these bulk items will last us quite a while. Overall, I'm so excited to explore more of Costco.”

“Stocked up Costco. Came for the basic paper necessities and they had loads of paper towels and toilet paper. It wasn't too busy so there was plenty of parking in the lot. They have samples so it was nice trying some things while walking around.”

“Costco Warehouse on Technology Drive in Irvine is great because you can buy a variety of products, including Korean food. In particular, the advantage of this place is that there are many different types and many great wines. Highly Recommended!!”
