She’s on top of everything! The maintenance team, Robert and Ken, are quick to resolve any issue (typically minor). And it’s so nice to have a dedicated landscaper; this place always looks great. The location can’t be beat. It’s a 5-minute walk to Albertsons, Starbucks, the Post Office and more. A 15-minute walk up the hill and you have unbeatable ocean and hillside views. Appreciate everything here!”
