“Matthew at the T-Mobile store in Aliso Viejo gets a 5 star rating.
I had a problem with my T-Mobile internet modem. Matthew quickly and professionally replaced the SIMS card (as T-Mobile support instructed me to do). The SIMS replacement did not resolve the issue when we tested the modem. Matthew then replaced the modem.
Working with Matthew was quicker and less frustrating than dealing with the on-line/phone tech staff. Issue resolved.”
