“Matthew at the T-Mobile store in Aliso Viejo gets a 5 star rating. I had a problem with my T-Mobile internet modem. Matthew quickly and professionally replaced the SIMS card (as T-Mobile support instructed me to do). The SIMS replacement did not resolve the issue when we tested the modem. Matthew then replaced the modem. Working with Matthew was quicker and less frustrating than dealing with the on-line/phone tech staff. Issue resolved.”

“Ivan rocks the house. He had the patience for me, took the time, and he closed the deal. Which was awesome. I came in before and the other Verizon guy did not want to go through this with me. So I highly recommend Ivan. If you come into the store. Deal closed phone that I wanted. I'm walking out with.”
