I love love love the maintenance team at Niguel Summit Apartments in Laguna Niguel! I huge shout out to Ken and Robert for always being quick to respond to any maintenance issues and doing a thorough and professional job!! It's a huge reason why I've stayed at this property going on 6 years!! Amazing job guys!!

My daughter and I toured at Niguel Summit with the community Manager Tara. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to find the right apartment for my family. The community is so peaceful and the citrus garden is the cherry on top.
