There was NO wait. And, my technician (Maria?) was wonderful and so efficient. I often have to get blood drawn from my hand, but she quickly and painlessly got a vein in my arm. It was a great customer experience for me. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Jennette today! She could tell I was a little anxious so offered to have me lay down during my blood draw. She checked in on me throughout the process and made a once anxiety-inducing one to one that was pleasant, and dare I say, as enjoyable as a blood draw could be. The check-in process was easy (did on my phone) and I was assisted right away.

I always try to have any blood tests done at Quest at Town Center. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and they are very good at drawing blood. I've never had anyone hurt me or have any issues with anyone who works there and it is a clean lab.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman who helped me. She was so gentle I barely felt a thing. Also I had to bring my baby to my appointment and she was so accommodating and sweet about it. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Such a wonderful experience.

I have been getting my bloodwork done at this location for the past few months. Leneyah and the other girls there did an amazing job, you can't even feel it. I made the mistake of going to another Quest location one time and they did a horrible job, that left me with a scratch on my arm from the needle. I'll always go to this location from now on!
