Sydney greeted me in the lobby with a big smile and welcomed me. She made me feel very relaxed. I was making fists and relaxing the first hoping to get my blood flow going. She told me I should not do that after the turnaquit is placed because it van cause a chemical change and disrupt the results. I never knew that.

Salina is the greatest phlebotomist ever. Very professional, able to answer my technical questions and put my mind at ease. This is my favorite of all of the quest locations due to her.

The phlebotomist was extremely professional and gentle. She listened to my concern, got the best needle size for me and was so nice and kind and patient. It was the BEST experience I ever had at a Quest lab. I am always scheduling there from now on. Hope to be seen by her every time!
