“I went into the Blue Eyed Girl off Golden Lantern today. I was immediately greeted by a lovely sales woman named Janet. She was so sweet and so welcoming ❤️. I ended up staying for almost 45 minutes there trying on some darling clothes that she suggested for me and I ended up buying a fall blouse and some Riddle perfume. I hadn’t been in the store for a few years and their clothes are darling, but the real pleasure of the day was meeting Janet. What an asset to your store and because I had such a pleasant experience today, I’ll be back.”

“Best dress shop in the OC. I got my 30th birthday dress here 7 years ago and the girls working were very helpful. I went back last year and got two dresses for the weddings I had coming up. I went in on Thursday to look for a dress for my engagement party. I tried on at least 7 dresses and Michelle was so patient with me. This store is very clean and there's a ton variety. OC sparkle is a hidden gem!”

“The people working at this location supply the best customer service assistance. I was really impressed by how Karen helped me pick out some shirts today. She was so friendly and helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was looking for a shirt I saw online and Karen located it immediately. They were very kind when I unfolded a couple other shirts to look at but I didn't want them. Karen and another gentleman said, no worries, unfold as many as you like, we are happy to have you take a look. I found several shirts and was asked if I would like to try them on to make sure I liked the fit. The gentleman reserved a dressing room and kindly put the shirts I was carrying around in the room with my name on the door so I could look for additional items. Thank goodness they suggested I try them on as I would have purchased the wrong size. They immediately found a better size for me and I decided to buy 3 instead of 1. I will definitely return to buy more items. I didn't realize Tilly's had such nice adult summer clothes. Thank you for the amazing help today.”

“I am a cancer survivor. All the funds go to the Cancer Society and shared among all types of cancer. It is volunteers that do the hard work of sorting what is brought in. I discovered one day when I had dropped off somethings, a man was there, picking up the items the store did not need or want. He was taking them to another place where he said they are checked and sent over seas where needed.”
“This store introduced me to Stance boxers. They are more comfortable than wearing nothing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will take the time to make sure you get what you really want or didn't realize you needed. I've been in about 5 times or so. Each time a positive experience, good atmosphere, friendly people, good selection of stuff.”
