“I’ve taken Reika’s class twice, and I’ve been impressed both times. She teaches with a strong foundation in anatomy and explains the fundamentals of each asana in a clear and thoughtful way. Her guidance helped me better understand how each posture relates to the body and how to practice safely and effectively.
Even after just two classes, I’ve gained new insights and a deeper awareness of my body. Reika creates a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that makes learning enjoyable and comfortable. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes and would highly recommend them to anyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years.”
“Beautiful Canyon garden with nicely groomed hiking trails. There are well-placed benches throughout for a rest. The ocean views are spectacular. The current exhibit featuring hummingbirds is so pretty and informative.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to the male cashier who helped me today. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and suddenly got light-headed while waiting in line. He immediately brought me a chair and a bottle of water and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. His compassion and kindness meant so much in such a scary moment. Thank you for being so caring & kind ❤️”
“Hailey was so helpful to me!!’ Constantly bringing me sizes and jeans that might work. She was so amazing. I didn’t buy anything, but I have never been helped so much, and so kindly. Thank you, Hailey!”
