“Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and made me feel confident with my selections.If not for the clothes, I'll be back just based off of Emily's positive being!Thank you Emily and team!”

“JJill has such a variety of clothes and often has great sales. The JJill return policy is amazing and makes it very easy to order on line and return to the store. Admittedly, returning items I have purchased online frequently leads to purchasing more items when returning items to the store. The JJill store at the Shops at Mission Viejo has a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Kendall and Claudia are so amazing; they are very patient and helpful and definitely demonstrate a desire to create an excellent customer experience. Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in by the ladies working, within seconds Naj is taking my measurements since I told her I had ordered the wrong bra size online.While trying on a different size in the dressing room I was lucky enough to have Adriana an employee that was not even scheduled to work give me really good advice she just happened to be there and very knowledgeable.Between Adriana and Naj,I was given full service customer service with a great product and a great deal! “I've been practicing Pure Barre for the past 7 years at various studios! I recently started going to Pure Barre Mission Viejo and I absolutely love it. The method itself is challenging and targets key areas such as arms, core, legs, and seat. The workouts are varied including a "Classic, Empower, and Reform" class that offer intensity levels to fit your needs. I'm currently 4 months post-partum and this method has helped me regain energy, get stronger, and feel so good about myself. I take my time and go at my own pace. All the instructors are so friendly and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. They have great class packages that are tailored to client needs. Also, Pure Barre Mission Viejo has a positive environment where clients and staff are so welcoming. They really make you feel like you are part of this amazing community. For me, it motivates me to keep going and get stronger little by little. If you're on the fence, they offer a free Foundations class for the first class. Do it! You won't regret it.”

“So it’s just a few days before Christmas.My bad; overcome with grief and just attempted to get on the hamster wheel?!Decided to “pick up” at store.I’m not firing on all cylinders. Ordered and the website allowed the order to complete without my email address. Ugh!Arrived the next day with just a pic of money leaving my account.The “pick up” counter people were so patient and sincere! They found my name and an order number and said give it a day. Came back a day later, still no email understandably, and the woman researched it, found me, found purchase … there will be a happy Grandson!They had the right amount of manpower to handle the crowd. Wait in line was less than five minutes. Truly top notch experience. Not to mention they had exactly what I needed! I’ll be back!”
