“Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and made me feel confident with my selections.If not for the clothes, I'll be back just based off of Emily's positive being!Thank you Emily and team!”

“I can’t say enough about Elizabeth at Soma—she completely changed my perspective on bra shopping. I’ve never been the type to wear bras because of my size, and I honestly walked in expecting to leave empty-handed. But the moment Elizabeth greeted me, she immediately told me they had my size—as if it was no big deal—and I instantly felt a sense of relief. Elizabeth took her time with me, letting me try on every style and size. She was patient, kind, and never once made me feel rushed or judged. I’ve had experiences at other stores where staff try to sell you the “closest size” and you leave feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Elizabeth was the exact opposite—she genuinely cared about helping me find what fit me properly, and she made the process feel safe and even joyful. I spent about 30 minutes in the store, and every second was filled with her encouragement and expertise. “What an amazing experience. My wife had been interested in getting another leather jacket so we went to the mall in Mission Viejo. Many stores has faux or polyurethane type jackets but not authentic leather. We stopped into Lucky Brand after visiting Macy's and Nordstrom and what amazing customer service. Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. Terrific inventory, awesome positive ambiance and stellar sales consultants.

“The people at this store...Ashley (mgr), Jamie, are all so helpful and kind. They will do whatever they can to help you find what you are looking for in a fun and exciting way. The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! Chris was the mgr here before and he was also so great (he is at Fashion Island now) As you can tell I have been shopping here for a bit and keep coming back, not only because the products/clothes are so comfy because of the employees you have! I had forgotten a gift for my husband and I was helped by an associate that helped me with my purchase who had very good taste if I may add. My husband loved his present (for his bday) and I looked like a hero because of your nice attendant who had great taste. “I feel like clothing retailers are usually reviewed negatively about their products, a shopper's unfavorable experience, or negative customer service and not enough is said about exceptional customer service - so here's one :).
I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”

“JJill has such a variety of clothes and often has great sales. The JJill return policy is amazing and makes it very easy to order on line and return to the store. Admittedly, returning items I have purchased online frequently leads to purchasing more items when returning items to the store. The JJill store at the Shops at Mission Viejo has a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Kendall and Claudia are so amazing; they are very patient and helpful and definitely demonstrate a desire to create an excellent customer experience. “I love Macy's always have. It's a great place to shop. It did used to be better. They used to have the size is for everyone. Now, they only do pretty much plus sizes. They call it a size 2, it would fit somebody that is a size 7. Their petites are like dime store close. I'm disappointed I keep going back hoping I find something of what used to be in quality for my size.”

“I had such a great experience at this location! I usually shop at the Brea store, but this one is much closer to my work, so I decided to give it a try.
My experience started when I called on Tuesday and spoke with Hayley. She confirmed that a pair of pants I was looking for was available and even reserved them for me until Thursday.
When I came in, the sales associate already had the pants ready and brought me two sizes to try on, which made everything quick and easy. I found the perfect fit and was able to get exactly what I needed.
To top it off, they were able to process an even exchange using my member credit, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m so happy with both the service and my purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!”
