“I came to Gorjana to buy a Christmas gift for my MIL. I was warmly greeted by Genevieve, who showed me a few bracelets. After picking out the perfect one, I found a necklace for myself. Genevieve was friendly and made pleasant small talk while showing me several beautiful pieces and answering questions about prices. A couple weeks later, I came back to buy a bracelet for myself. I was immediately greeted by Genevieve again saying she remembered me and inquiring if I liked the necklace I had picked out on my previous trip. I was impressed that she remembered me and my purchase. Although the store was busy, Genevieve gave me her undivided attention, was warm and funny, but not pushy. She happily showed me 6 different bracelets and gave me time to pick what I wanted. I had to special order a smaller size and she quickly helped me to do that. The bracelet arrived about 2 days later, beautifully wrapped and perfect. Not only am I impressed with Gorjana’s fine jewelry line, but also Genevieve’s superior customer service. “If you're a girl, Fashionphile is a dream come true! They have a huge selection of basically new purses from all the top brands at great prices, and the staff is super helpful. The quality and variety for women are unbeatable. My only issue is that there's barely any variety for men--just a couple of wallets. But for the ladies, this place is perfect! Five stars!”

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. “5 stars for the establishment and the manager Sara for being so kind and helpful. However, I want to make a comment in regards Wendy Montebellos comment as I was taken aback by her review. I was here during the incident and Wendy had attitude towards the workers. She was never denied service and they were friendly towards her the whole time even as they were closing. After the altercation, we felt so terrible for the way they were treated and I hope that Wendys review does not affect the reputation of the Cotton ON at Irvine Spectrum.”

“I had such a wonderful experience getting my ears pierced on July 4th thanks to Rogia and Jesica! Even though it was a holiday and my friend and I came in right before closing, they never made us feel rushed. They took the time to thoroughly explain the piercing process, helped us choose the right earrings, and went over all the aftercare instructions to make sure we felt comfortable and informed.

While we were there, another customer came in shortly before closing asking for piercings for herself and her daughter. Since Rogia and Jesica were already helping the two of us and were at the end of their business hours, they politely explained that they would need to come back the next day. Unfortunately, the customer became hostile and even threatened to complain to the manager about being turned away.

Despite the situation, Rogia and Jesica remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time. They handled the interaction with so much patience and grace, then even apologized to my friend and me afterward for the disturbance—even though they had done absolutely nothing wrong.

Customer service isn’t just about saying yes to everyone; it’s about treating people with respect while maintaining professionalism, and these two exemplified that perfectly. Thank you both for making our first experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get pierced!”
