I really love this cute store. It is a fisherman's dream right on the river. Also tucked in the corner is another shop that has the most adorable knickknacks for your home.

A great little shop with everything you need neatly organized in a small store. The owner is very knowledgeable and I've consistently caught fish from his advice and the lures he's sold me. If you're even a little uncertain on how to catch fish in Lake Almanor definitely stop in.

I'm a fishing novice who regularly strikes out on my fishing trips. I really, really wanted to catch some fish with my kids. I received personalized info, including location, line setup and bait. We were pulling rainbow trout out of the river like pros! Kids had the best time! I highly recommend.

As a first time fisher I caught my first fish on lake almanor but it wouldn't have been possible without the owner of the shop Mark! After beginner mistakes caused my reel to break I was about to give up. Fortunately, the shop was so close to the lake (within a minute) that I was able to stop by and replace the original reel. Not only did Mark fix the broken reel I had bought earlier but he shared some tips that I noticed made a difference.

Stoped by there today my first time up here and wanted to try fishing the Hamilton branch,the owner was very helpful showed me right where to go and other information about regulations and showed me on line maps of the area.great place they have a little bit of everything there,nice???
