“walked in needing a quick deposit and was honestly not expecting much because banks are normally a hassle. the greeter at the front was super friendly and pointed me to the digital kiosk which took like two minutes once she helped me set it up. the place was clean and quiet too, no crazy lines or people yelling or anything like that. figured i might as well ask a question i had about my savings while i was there and the teller actually took time to explain it without rushing me off. didnt feel like some corporate robot was talking at me they seemed like real people just doing their job. im kind of shocked how easy the whole thing was compared to my usual bank headaches. definitely planning to come back here next time instead of driving further.”

“I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect.”

“I have been with this Bank for the entire time I have lived on the mountain over 15 years. Of course it use to be Union Bank. Most of the same people are still there and they have always always been kind to me. The only thing I don’t love are the fees for too many transactions on my business account . But that might be because I do numerous transactions a month. That will change soon hopefully since they offered me a business credit card. That should reduce the amount of transactions per month. Otherwise, the most customer friendly people I know. They take their time explaining every process to me on whatever I inquire about and always invite me to call or come back if I need more information for anything. They know me by name and I hear them greet many others by name as well. I just opened a new business account with them. I wouldn’t think of anyone else. Smart, friendly, and kind.”

“Just went in to open an account, no appointment just walk in so it took a little while, but when I was called up Joseph was absolutely amazing. He helped me understand everything like if this wasn't my first time, he spoke with clarity and was very patient with me, all these reviews that are 1 star are nonsense, the entire staff was very welcoming, the energy I sensed walking into the building was far from negative, I'm glad this is the bank I chose”

“Located on 3rd St. Bank is closed on Sundays. Felt a little uneasy here, but there was only one other person getting cash out of the ATM. Only wanted to use the ATM. There are two at the back side of the bank. Plenty of parking. There's one ATM at the front of the bank along the street Easy peasy. Got what I wanted and left.”

“My friend from the San Francisco area said this was the best Thai cuisine she has had. It was excellent, tasty, well seasoned. The week days at the Lake are slow, so the service was fast and efficient. Weekends are crowded. Host and server were very friendly and professional. The meal arrived quickly. It was presented nicely and was hot. Sauces were served with the meal and were very good. I will definitely return.”
