“I went through another commercial Bank. They never got back to me about significant questions that I needed answered. There was a lady waiting in that bank and she talked to me about another bank. She said go to Pacific Premier Bank. They are very good for business and they will expedite your account opening. She was not kidding. They were all business... courteous and professional. Kelly and Wendy really got me going on opening the account and all the information I needed. I was well treated and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this bank to anybody who's starting a business or is in business now. What a blessing it was to randomly run into that lady who recommended this bank. “I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me. She was welcoming, professional, polite, verified my information and gave me my debit card on the spot. Explained the banking information and services and answered all my questions I had. Thank you Navy Federal credit Union!”

Banner Banks online banking is on another level compared to my previous experience with other banks that were slow difficult to navigate.”

“Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast ♡Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .”
“Came in on Saturday morning asked to be seen by someone to discuss some issues with my account, I was told there was about an hour in half wait.. but if a guest didn't show up after 10 min I would be next well the next guest showed up and I was told the manger Maribel was gonna see if she can help due to her being limited access.. she called took care my issue help me understand what had happened to my account.. 10/10 recommend this chase bank. “Just went in to open an account, no appointment just walk in so it took a little while, but when I was called up Joseph was absolutely amazing. He helped me understand everything like if this wasn't my first time, he spoke with clarity and was very patient with me, all these reviews that are 1 star are nonsense, the entire staff was very welcoming, the energy I sensed walking into the building was far from negative, I'm glad this is the bank I chose”

“Located on 3rd St. Bank is closed on Sundays. Felt a little uneasy here, but there was only one other person getting cash out of the ATM. Only wanted to use the ATM. There are two at the back side of the bank. Plenty of parking. There's one ATM at the front of the bank along the street Easy peasy. Got what I wanted and left.”
