“I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect.”

“My friend from the San Francisco area said this was the best Thai cuisine she has had. It was excellent, tasty, well seasoned. The week days at the Lake are slow, so the service was fast and efficient. Weekends are crowded. Host and server were very friendly and professional. The meal arrived quickly. It was presented nicely and was hot. Sauces were served with the meal and were very good. I will definitely return.”

“I went through another commercial Bank. They never got back to me about significant questions that I needed answered. There was a lady waiting in that bank and she talked to me about another bank. She said go to Pacific Premier Bank. They are very good for business and they will expedite your account opening. She was not kidding. They were all business... courteous and professional. Kelly and Wendy really got me going on opening the account and all the information I needed. I was well treated and well taken care of. “I have been with this Bank for the entire time I have lived on the mountain over 15 years. Of course it use to be Union Bank. Most of the same people are still there and they have always always been kind to me. The only thing I don’t love are the fees for too many transactions on my business account . But that might be because I do numerous transactions a month. That will change soon hopefully since they offered me a business credit card. That should reduce the amount of transactions per month. Otherwise, the most customer friendly people I know. They take their time explaining every process to me on whatever I inquire about and always invite me to call or come back if I need more information for anything. They know me by name and I hear them greet many others by name as well. I just opened a new business account with them. I wouldn’t think of anyone else. Smart, friendly, and kind.”

“Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast ♡Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .”

“Came in on Saturday morning asked to be seen by someone to discuss some issues with my account, I was told there was about an hour in half wait.. but if a guest didn't show up after 10 min I would be next well the next guest showed up and I was told the manger Maribel was gonna see if she can help due to her being limited access.. she called took care my issue help me understand what had happened to my account.. 10/10 recommend this chase bank.
