“My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job. I'll give them 4 stars...2.5 to the technician for not being able to do what their last technician did and 5 stars to the manager for being so prompt and courteous.”

“Rented the 25ft. Rv. Sleeps 5. KBC was more than helpful with the rental. They are partnered up with cruise america rvs. Renae the front clerk was amazing. She came in early so we could be off on our trip ASAP. She also came in on a Sunday for our return, so we didn't have the rv for extra days over the holidays. Above and beyond customer service. The rv drove very well and comfortable. Slept my family of 4 and my dog comfortably. We were in below freezing weather, and the rvs furnace was more than warm enough. It was a successful trip thanks to KBC RV and.cruise america. Thank you”

“Grumps Garage is such an awesome place!! If you're ever in Lake Elsinore, it is worth making the effort to stop by. The vinyl collection here has pretty much EVERYTHING. Honestly, it's so much better (and organized!) than any of the antique stores I've gone to.

“So today I called just to get info. I got a gentleman named Trevor. Hands down he was easy to talk to get info I needed. Kinda like being a a strip club and they are friendly tell you what you want to get your money. But even better because I got the actual info and professional knowledge on what I was looking for. Told him exactly what I had what I am looking at getting explained I don’t want a lift. Explained type driving I do etc. Truly his knowledge and honesty was genuine. “Wow!!! Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the hard working crew at Murrieta Walmart auto center today managed by Antonio. I was so impressed how efficient, professional, helpful and Kind Antonio and his crew was. Started in the morning by a simple phone call answering questions and needing some guidance on a few things . Antonio was super helpful with all that he mentioned, etc. Based on all he suggested I I decided to go today and get new tires put on plus an oil change and a couple things extra. They were super super busy but Antonio came to the car and said that he was going to fit me in because he knew I was dealing with a couple things that were going on For me that I mentioned. Starting with needing surgery on Tuesday. Having a lot on my mind and feeling a little overwhelmed with surgery etc. Also, the need to accomplish these tasks it was very gracious of him to fit me in under the circumstances of how busy they were with the rain etc. that was going on today. I did have a bit of a wait which was expected but it gave me the opportunity to see his crew at work and it was like a well oiled machine working efficiently.everybody was functioning in a perfect manner accomplishing all they could and you could see they were tired, but still making time to be pleasant with smiles, and a little conversation from several employees, which made it very pleasant, considering all that was going on with the cold and my own personal stress level today. in today’s world it seems that so many are quick to give reviews of negativity about this or that, etc. but not enough people to take time to say wow what an exceptional job you are doing and running your team in such a great manner I felt the customer service was fantastic I left With a great deal on everything they did and they won me over I will be recommending many people to go there and I will absolutely be back. I once again highly recommend them and ask for Antonio. When you go there you will see for yourself how professional he is and his team.
