“To whom it may concern, Today I had the pleasure of meeting an "Outstanding," gentleman named Jordan from Gerber Collision & Glass, of Lake Elsinore Ca. This young man was a "Great Big Heart Individual." in every sense of the word. While I was ordering my lunch at Subway I was in a conversation with the manager as she was preparing my lunch, and a young man came in to pickup his phone order. When I finally got to the register to pay for my lunch the young gentleman had already paid for my lunch, held the door for me and stated "Thank you for you Service!" and the lunch was on him to my surprise. This world need more young men like Jordan who is striving to be all that he could be. Brianna called me every Tuesday and Thursday as promised and kept me abreast on the progress. The vehicle was ready six days earlier than expected. At the time that I was notified that it was finished and ready to be picked up, I was very sick, and it would have been very hard for me to go get my car and return the rental. Brianna offered to bring the car to me and return the rental car that I had. I cannot explain what a gift this was to me at the time. “Rented the 25ft. Rv. Sleeps 5. KBC was more than helpful with the rental. They are partnered up with cruise america rvs. Renae the front clerk was amazing. She came in early so we could be off on our trip ASAP. She also came in on a Sunday for our return, so we didn't have the rv for extra days over the holidays. Above and beyond customer service. The rv drove very well and comfortable. Slept my family of 4 and my dog comfortably. We were in below freezing weather, and the rvs furnace was more than warm enough. It was a successful trip thanks to KBC RV and.cruise america. Thank you”

Today my friend and I have been stuck out in Wildomar all day attempting to get his RV up and going, completely tedious and annoying several back and forth trips to the auto-zone later and growing frustration abound, enter this WONDERFUL MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT I believe her name is Jay? I hope thats correct and SHE is knowledgeable and capable and is on top of it. I have not been this satisfied with buying something from someone since well; this one time when my friend and I were stuck out in Wildomar.... You get my point. Waited a couple years to pull the trigger on the Carli Commuter kit- and OMG WOW! This kit made my truck ride literally %100 better than stock. Their prices are so much more affordable than O’Reilly who would’ve charged me $70 for wiper blades but I was able to buy them from NAPA for less than $40! They offer discounts and if you ask, they may be able to install your new wiper blades for you. In this case, I asked, and they did it very quickly and efficiently, so I tipped him (Joshua). “Wow!!! Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the hard working crew at Murrieta Walmart auto center today managed by Antonio. I was so impressed how efficient, professional, helpful and Kind Antonio and his crew was. Started in the morning by a simple phone call answering questions and needing some guidance on a few things . Antonio was super helpful with all that he mentioned, etc. Based on all he suggested I I decided to go today and get new tires put on plus an oil change and a couple things extra. They were super super busy but Antonio came to the car and said that he was going to fit me in because he knew I was dealing with a couple things that were going on For me that I mentioned. Starting with needing surgery on Tuesday. Having a lot on my mind and feeling a little overwhelmed with surgery etc. Also, the need to accomplish these tasks it was very gracious of him to fit me in under the circumstances of how busy they were with the rain etc. that was going on today. I did have a bit of a wait which was expected but it gave me the opportunity to see his crew at work and it was like a well oiled machine working efficiently.everybody was functioning in a perfect manner accomplishing all they could and you could see they were tired, but still making time to be pleasant with smiles, and a little conversation from several employees, which made it very pleasant, considering all that was going on with the cold and my own personal stress level today. in today’s world it seems that so many are quick to give reviews of negativity about this or that, etc. but not enough people to take time to say wow what an exceptional job you are doing and running your team in such a great manner I felt the customer service was fantastic I left With a great deal on everything they did and they won me over I will be recommending many people to go there and I will absolutely be back. I once again highly recommend them and ask for Antonio. When you go there you will see for yourself how professional he is and his team.
