“Had new tires installed at AB Auto on 5/23. I didn't think they could install and balance them as fast as a big tire shop chain but they rolled out 4 floor jacks and had the job done in less than 45 minutes. They offer the same warranty as America's Tire and threw in a free wet-shine that still looks good a month later. Great place to get tires.”

“Eddie and his team are excellent! They were all very knowledgeable and patient with me. I went in for a muffler delete to bring out more of the engine sound, they answered all the questions that I had and did such an amazing job! The welds are all clean and the new exhaust piping that they made to replace the muffler is top notch! They have a lot of different types of exhaust tips in stock and if you don't see anything that you like, they will order the part for you! I can't recommend these guys enough!”

The service has always been friendly, honest, and reliable. Everyone here takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel taken care of. As a woman, I really appreciate that they never talk down to you or assume you don’t know much about cars, something that unfortunately common in the mechanic world. Here, they actually take the time to walk you through what’s going on with your car and answer any questions without making you feel uncomfortable or rushed. “My insurance company recommended Fix Auto, first red flag! When Fix Auto looked at my truck and said they’d take care of it no problem, red flag #2! Much to my surprise Fix Auto came thru! They knocked it out of the park! Add to that they got the job done in less than a week. Ask me if I’d recommend Fix Auto and you’ll get two thumbs up with a big Absolutely! These guys were the best to deal with, honestly. It was a drop off and pick up. That’s it. They dealt with the insurance company and gave it a lifetime warrantee. Done deal!”

“Had to replace a tire on the silverado. Had a ROCK Penetrate the middle of tire. They looked and found a good used tire, Had it changed out with SPEED. We we're the only peeps there at the time. 75 bucks out the door.”
“This is my second time coming to this location and both times they are professional and communicative. I got an oil change and a tire change since it was flat and unable to be patched. I went around 1pm and the car was ready at 4:30pm. They were busy that day but nonetheless were able to get me my car back same day. Their turnover time was great. Liz who helped me was extremely nice. I'd recommend this Big Brand Tire location to everyone.”

Like I said honored their weekly discount, friendly quick it was done right away without appointment. The person who did my alignment explained it to me perfectly afterwards and I got a readout and diagnosis from before it happened until after it happened on all of the specs. Great job”

“Rented the 25ft. Rv. Sleeps 5. KBC was more than helpful with the rental. They are partnered up with cruise america rvs. Renae the front clerk was amazing. She came in early so we could be off on our trip ASAP. She also came in on a Sunday for our return, so we didn't have the rv for extra days over the holidays. Above and beyond customer service. The rv drove very well and comfortable. Slept my family of 4 and my dog comfortably. We were in below freezing weather, and the rvs furnace was more than warm enough. It was a successful trip thanks to KBC RV and.cruise america. Thank you”
