“My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job. I'll give them 4 stars...2.5 to the technician for not being able to do what their last technician did and 5 stars to the manager for being so prompt and courteous.”

“I’ve been coming to this tire shop with my mom since I was a little girl, and now that I have my own car, it’s still the only place I trust. The service has always been friendly, honest, and reliable. Everyone here takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel taken care of. As a woman, I really appreciate that they never talk down to you or assume you don’t know much about cars, something that unfortunately common in the mechanic world. Here, they actually take the time to walk you through what’s going on with your car and answer any questions without making you feel uncomfortable or rushed. It’s rare to find a place that keeps the same great hospitality and rtrustworthiness over the years, but this shop truly does. I’m grateful to have grown up coming here and will definitely keep bringing my car in for years to come!”
“Went there to get an estimate for a full exhaust on my 1970 el camino and I told them what I wanted and he told me 950.00 and it would take 3 days. I said yes. “This is my second time coming to this location and both times they are professional and communicative. I got an oil change and a tire change since it was flat and unable to be patched. I went around 1pm and the car was ready at 4:30pm. They were busy that day but nonetheless were able to get me my car back same day. Their turnover time was great. Liz who helped me was extremely nice. I'd recommend this Big Brand Tire location to everyone.”

I. fixed my tie rods myself, got some new tires and they did the alignment.
Like I said honored their weekly discount, friendly quick it was done right away without appointment. The person who did my alignment explained it to me perfectly afterwards and I got a readout and diagnosis from before it happened until after it happened on all of the specs. Great job”
