“Scheduled an appointment to refinance student loans and found out that I can only do that process online, but I had plenty of other questions answered. A nice man with glasses was training to become a banker, he was nervous but very polite.”

“I don't make too many visits to the bank. That said I had 3 or 4 things I wanted to accomplish on my resent visit to the Lake Elsinore branch. The branch was pretty busy I did not know it's one of the few branches open on Saturday. When I entered the line was pretty long. I was immediately greeted and asked the nature of my visit if I needed help other than with a teller. Misty was her name I am assuming a manager. Misty took me overt to a booth and was able to handle all my needs. She was extremely helpful professional and courteous. She gets it. I was in and out in short order and handled several things. “This branch has been most helpful to me with opening my account. I started at a different branch and I also tried online, which neither one of those worked. Nora at the Lake Elsinore Mission Trail branch, knows what she is doing. She was able to get me everything that I needed to open my account. In the time that I spent there opening my account, I could also see the other branch employees being so kind and friendly to everyone around. I met the manager Kim who is super kind.
I'm looking forward to a great experience with this bank, and i'm glad it's at this branch.”
