“Melinda is amazing! My wife is not a shopper and is not one to ask for help. That is until she met Melinda! Melinda was so helpful in measuring and identifying correct sizes and styles that suited my wife perfectly. She is friendly, personable and makes you feel so at ease with the shopping experience. Besides Melinda's excellence we appreciate a store where you can try things on and get a great deal too! No need for countless Amazon returns if you shop here first!”
“BRAD WAS THEEEEE BEST. He was so patient and helpful, he was so talkative and bubbly he was overall amazing. He made the experience fun and guided us to the sales and it was perfect, we love Brad!”
“I’m not the best with names, I’m better with remembering faces. I cannot recall the young ladies name (I feel bad) that greeted me and assisted me when I walked in and till the transaction was completed. Not only was she nice, she told me about that in-store sales, she let me try on several shorts, even looked in the back for a size 32 that was not on the floor and she found it. She was amazing, God bless her. One of the shorts that I purchased had a little funk on the back right pocket and she offered to have them sent from another Levi’s supplier and I told her it’s ok but thank you. She even signed me up with Levi’s using my email which helped me save 15%. Besides the fuzziness of the back pocket on the gray shorts I was satisfied with the products and extremely content with the award deserving customer service the young lady provided.”
“I’m in love with the aesthetics of this brand. The designs are sleek, modern, and have such a classy edge. I always feel confident and stylish wearing their clothes.”
“OMG I scored! I got sale prices on a couple of things I really couldn't afford right now and so it made me be able to afford it and I deserved them, too. I get compliments on them over and over. I just got lucky this last week, at the Lake Elsinore Factory Outlets. Thank you, Lake Elsinore! PS a copy from your main office at Crest Motel in riverside. A really nice clean environment. I liked this hotel lot so I left a copy of your mag. But I got a non smoking room and did not need the remote . There's a fridge and I just really liked this stay. I'm sorry for having to be me. I do the best that I can. Thank you.”
“Store has a variety of good, and yes some bad looking clothes, some clothes do not have size tags. Good quality though, get ready to pop some tags, but buyers beware! The bags at checkout will rip from the vast heavy savings you save”
“She has very nice stuff very cheap prices and she is a wonderful nice lady never had any issues with her she's not rude she's very nice. And I recommend everybody to go to her Store”
“Major shout out to all the staff that helped my family and I while we were there you ladies and gentlemen are truly setting a bar for excellence with your knowledge and willingness to be helpful truly appreciate all the help input and remarkable customer service. I appreciate the swiftness that you had to get everybody in and out, even though the store was very packed. Appreciated having this spirit Halloween location in Lake Elsinore, California so close to our family home will revisit again in the future. Glad that they had reasonably priced costumes. Wish they had a military discount.”
“I went with my sisters on an all sisters trip to Vegas to see def lappard at the Caesars palace, on the way we stopped and shopped we found a lot of great things on sale”
