We were looking for a few particular items and she not only found what we were looking for, but, brought us other options as well. She was amazing. We will only come to this location now. She deserves a raise and more. We originally only went in for two pairs of shoes and left with four. All for good price too. 100% made buying shoes for multiple people a relaxing fun experience instead of it feeling like a chore.”

“OMG I scored! I got sale prices on a couple of things I really couldn't afford right now and so it made me be able to afford it and I deserved them, too. I get compliments on them over and over. I just got lucky this last week, at the Lake Elsinore Factory Outlets. Thank you, Lake Elsinore! PS a copy from your main office at Crest Motel in riverside. A really nice clean environment. I liked this hotel lot so I left a copy of your mag. But I got a non smoking room and did not need the remote . There's a fridge and I just really liked this stay. I'm sorry for having to be me. “I’m not the best with names, I’m better with remembering faces. I cannot recall the young ladies name (I feel bad) that greeted me and assisted me when I walked in and till the transaction was completed. Not only was she nice, she told me about that in-store sales, she let me try on several shorts, even looked in the back for a size 32 that was not on the floor and she found it. She was amazing, God bless her. One of the shorts that I purchased had a little funk on the back right pocket and she offered to have them sent from another Levi’s supplier and I told her it’s ok but thank you. She even signed me up with Levi’s using my email which helped me save 15%. Besides the fuzziness of the back pocket on the gray shorts I was satisfied with the products and extremely content with the award deserving customer service the young lady provided.”
