“I understand this may be a very popular Old Navy due to location. I was a bit alarmed on the long line and wait. But again, it’s mostly due to this being a busy location. I did interact with the cashier who did my online order pickup & purchasing additional items. I was told Old Navy doesn’t do price adjustments. So just placed my order for pickup at my closest Old Navy. We only stopped here because we were already there shopping. I do love the Christmas pjs, as my girl friends and I usually match for our Christmas get together. Won’t be returning to this location unless absolutely have to.”
“I had been looking for a jogging stroller for quite some time. I was looking for high quality for a good price and this store had a price I couldn’t refuse! Practically a brand new Joovy for 118! For a family trying to make it in this economy I was very excited to see the stroller I wanted for that price. Also my son was very fussy, the lady offered him fidget spinners and a toy car to keep him busy while I looked. She also helped me load up my car after! My experience was fantastic and I was grateful for the lady’s help!”
“My favorite Tilly’s location! All the workers here are so kind and helpful. They’re always willing to help and are so genuine. One of them found a ring on the floor and asked if it was mine! Another remembers my brother and I whenever we come into the shop. The shop is always clean and well organized too.”
“I love how the floor itself is always tidy. Always organized.What I encounter at most of my visits are really really dirty bathrooms. Today was the worse. I'd really appreciate them keeping that tidy as well.”
“This location is great! The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is lovely to interact with. I wanted the new Wicked Collection items and all three employees I interacted with made it such a positive and memorable experience for me. Shout out to Kelly for helping me pick out the sound buttons for my bears, Sanam for helping me stuff my bears with love, and especially Josh at the register for the laughs and great conversation at the register! I'll be back at this location again for future purchases.”

“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. He took ge time to sign me up for the rewards program. Thank you Fernando. Carlos I can't thank you enough for your service!”
“Meredith the manager and MK were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! Aviator Nation should definitely recognize Meredith and MK for their amazing representation of top-notch customer service! Thanks again for all you did and making my daughter's birthday wish come true!”
