Long story short, the online Verizon rep, knowing she had been hacked, unenrolled her from their services, making her phone unusable! We were on my phone for hours, redirected, sent to the Fraud dept., sent back to Customer Support, then directed to the local store, who in turn directed us to the corporate store.
