We originally started a master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room project with Tony and the Apex team. We then added on full kitchen remodel and multiple other various upgrades throughout the house. The process of selecting materials and designing the spaces with Tony at the Apex showroom made things so convienant and stress free! They had tons of options, pictures, great suggestions and advice to offer. Throughout the whole process Tony was friendly and flexible as I would add on more items or make changes. He was great at communicating timelines and next steps with me. The Apex crews were also just as great! I work from home and they were always very polite to me and considerate or my time. His tile guys and paint guys were extra top notch, with great detail to quality in their work. Construction is never the funnest thing to go through but with Tony and Apex crew it was as stress free as it could be and the end results are beautiful! My friends all tease that our house looks like a fancy hotel now and our bathroom is a spa. Thank you Tony and the Apex crew!”

“Visited on a Saturday AM, 5 star experience. There was a constant flow of customers but not super busy. Garrett offered to help us find items. He asked a couple questions and immediately found the shower head bundles we needed. There are a lot of specialty items you can’t find in Home Depot or Lowe’s as well as basics. We looked at and price shopped sink and kitchen fixtures as well. What wasn’t in stock was shipped to my home within a couple of days. He emailed and printed receipts and provided contact info for follow up questions. Thanks for the great service!”

Andy was our project manager and he was very patient with us as we took some time to decide what type of floors we wanted. Our floors only took a week to install and the crew was very polite and professional. “I like the service here. For example. I'll see a piece of furniture that I like in the showroom in costa mesa ca. I will call my salesperson in the outlet and have them look for the piece if they currently have on the floor. They will quote me a price and give the condition of the piece. If they don't have it they call me if they get one in. The price can be negotiated based on the pieces condition. There are good at what they do. It helps make a personal appearance to find a associate that you can count on. It all depends on your wait time. Sometimes it takes to Months get what your in the outlet. They also will call the other stores if you want to go there instead.”
