I am the princess and the pea but he had an answer for everything. I came to the store 4 different times for hours each time and every time he was so patient and made sure I tried as many beds as many times as I needed in order to find what's comfortable. He also reassured me that if after a year if I have any issues they will work with us to provide the comfort we need. Such a great company. I can't wait to receive my bed!”

I found the mattress I had bought a bit soft he had it made firmer, then worked with me for a topper and even came to the house three times to make sure that we were satisfied. We have not experienced this kind of customer service before. Five starts is too little for him any company who has a sales representative like Mou is extremely lucky.”

“Hubby and I have been talking about replacing our Sleep Number bed that we've had for 15 years and decided to go to the one at Irvine Spectrum Center, where he bought the one we have. We met Romy and asked her about all the new bed options that are currently available that are different from our current model and the sales being offered over the Labor Day Holiday. We tried all sorts, from the Climate 360 to the iLE and she was able to answer our questions and offer options to try. We decided we wanted to stay cool during sleep more than a foot warmer (yes they have that). We couldn't quite pull the trigger that first day on which one we preferred so we asked Romy for the breakdown of the ones we narrowed down. She graciously gave us the quote for them all and we took a week to decide. When it was time to order, she helped us with appointment for delivery and removal of our old bed. We also got deals on pillows, mattress pad and a new bed skirt for the new bed.
Our new bed arrived yesterday. The guys, Joe and Fabian, put everything together and showed me how to navigate the new system through my iPad. We've already had a good night's sleep after 30 minutes lying in Zero G position with the new pillows. Bed skirt should arrive this weekend and the bed will be complete. So excited to get some good ?! Thanks Romy!”

“We have purchased furniture from this store twice. All their furniture is made in the USA so you do not need to worry about quality. Our most recent visit was a couple weeks prior to our moving date. Marlene allowed us to make a small deposit to reserve a dresser and two nightstands that we intended on purchasing but were not yet able to make a final decision on. We stopped by a week later to make the full payment. Their prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of product. Overall, Marlene provided excellent customer service and was very hospitable.”

As for delivery I couldn’t be happier! It’s nice that they have their own company delivery team instead of outsourcing so they know exactly what they’re giving you. Not to mention Joseph and Santos gave me a 30-45 minute heads up of when they’d be arriving, got there on time, brought in the products, installed, and verified working order before leaving.

“This is a life changing product!Last Winter I was looking for a bed warmer that is non-electric because my body would get so tired from getting up every morning from electric bed warmers. after some research, I ended up getting this product and I can't say enough good things about this product! not only you can dual control temperatures I don't feel exhausted in the morning anymore. The quality of sleep is so much better now. Plus, it's so slim unlike the other bed warmers in the market. I'm thinking about buying another one for my mom. Totally worth it!”

“Had a great experience getting our mattress from OrthoMattress. First looked at Bloomingdales and Macys where there wasn’t any sales person there to help us. So we decided to come here and picked out our mattress in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Sales manager was very knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly not salesy or pushy. kindly answered all of our questions, got the mattress delivered by two very nice guys a few days later. They called us and texted the morning of with a reminder and were at our house exactly on time. Such an easy seamless experience. Oh and the mattress we got is amazing and have been sleeping like a baby!”
