I've been a member for 7 years and this is an amazing workout. I've met some of my best friends there, and the instructors are all very knowledgeable and motivating. Fun, upbeat classes. This is a great workout if you want to get strong and lean...and who doesn't want that?

Love the little dragon classes! Teaches kids at a young age to earn and work hard to achieve goals. I admiral their emphasis on discipline , focus and structure, are what the makes Martial arts a perfect fit for kids . Highly recommend this place
