“This shop was a great help! I found them through Carfax - the pre-purchase inspection they did for another customer of car I was thinking of buying was reported to Carfax, so that's how I found them. I got an inspection done at another shop, but there were some findings that I wanted to double check and I wasn't sure the dealer would let me take the car to a 2nd mechanic. I decided to call them up to ask if they could share their findings with me, and they actually took the time to do that...they helped me confirm what the first mechanic saw and they even shared additional details with me to help me understand the complexity of the issue. They saved me from dropping my hard-earned cash on a vehicle that would need costly repairs. I highly recommend them!”

“JUST GO HERE!! I have trust issues (especially being a woman with mechanics) and I can say this is the ONLY place I will ever take my vehicle for everything. The helped me fight Valvoline who destroyed my engine with lack of oil, even though they didn't get the job for a replacement engine. With out them, I would have lost my vehicle. They provided photos, documentation, and told me what to look out for. If that wasn't enough to help me fight a large corporation, they are always willing to find a way to squeeze you in when you truly need it and are so honest. They tell you ALL your options, including when there is a problem that is starting but maybe can wait on a little bit. Always looking for solutions within your budget. They also don't take their time just because they can. My breaks went out. They squeezed me in, on their short day, and got it done right away. I called around to other places (5 of them) as I was curious and all of them said it would take all day.

I take my truck to BigO Tires for balancing, rotation, oil changes, and purchased new tires because I needed them. They have also kept me informed about the condition of my brakes.
