“I had an excellent experience with AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care. We brought them our Volkswagen with a serious engine problem, and they accepted the vehicle without any issues. From the very beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help.
They took the time to listen carefully and clearly explained what the next steps would be. They said they would inspect everything, confirm the condition of the engine, find the correct replacement engine, order it, install it, and take care of all the related details. This gave us a lot of confidence because replacing an engine is a major repair, and it is important to work with people who understand what they are doing.
What impressed me most was their positive attitude and willingness to solve the problem. They did not try to avoid a difficult job or make the situation more complicated. “JUST GO HERE!! I have trust issues (especially being a woman with mechanics) and I can say this is the ONLY place I will ever take my vehicle for everything. The helped me fight Valvoline who destroyed my engine with lack of oil, even though they didn't get the job for a replacement engine. With out them, I would have lost my vehicle. They provided photos, documentation, and told me what to look out for. If that wasn't enough to help me fight a large corporation, they are always willing to find a way to squeeze you in when you truly need it and are so honest. They tell you ALL your options, including when there is a problem that is starting but maybe can wait on a little bit. Always looking for solutions within your budget. They also don't take their time just because they can. My breaks went out. They squeezed me in, on their short day, and got it done right away. I called around to other places (5 of them) as I was curious and all of them said it would take all day.

After I shared my previous experience, he reassured me that they stand behind their work and back every repair with a guarantee.
