“Tesla had her first visit with Dr. Barry today. She enjoyed being loved on and making friends with Dr. Barry and her staff, who were all very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. We felt we were in great hands from the moment we stepped in until we left. Dr. Barry’s passion for animals was evident while she interacted with Tesla. We also appreciated her transparency and how thorough she was in addressing any concerns during the examination. “Three months ago, I temporarily moved to South America and brought my two dogs with me. At that time, I was referred to a veterinary hospital in Orange to obtain the pet health certificates needed for their travel. Unfortunately, the fees were astronomical, and the experience was not the best.
Now, three months later, a friend is coming to visit me and will be bringing my cat along. I discovered that El Toro Veterinary Hospital issues USDA pet health certificates, and they were able to assist me with my request. It's worth noting that not all vets can provide this service by filing online and having the certificate emailed back literally within a couple days, many have to mail in the paperwork, which can take a long time.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at El Toro. First of all, the prices were extremely reasonable. Carolina at the front desk was a godsend. Since I’m in South America, I had to arrange everything over the phone for my son to bring my cat in and handle all the paperwork. Carolina was patient and accommodating throughout the process.
Dr. Paul Francis was incredible as well. I genuinely cannot praise my experience enough. If you’re traveling out of the country and need a pet health certificate, this is honestly the best place in Orange County. They are fast, efficient, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!”
