“The Angels must have guided me to Ask Ariel because I somehow stumbled upon what has been the answer to revive my senior cat, Lula. She had an ongoing sinus infection due to long-term steroid use for an Intestinal Lymphoma diagnosis. The supplements from Ask Ariel have allowed me to wean Lula off of steroids and clear the chronic infection. I also switched her to 60% raw diet, per suggestion, and her digestion is better now than it was before she got sick. She improves more every day and she is acting like a young cat again. Long story short, Jasmine and Amanda went above and beyond to resolve the issue and really made me feel at ease about a frustrating situation involving a charge that should have been interest-free, but ended up not, unbeknownst to both myself and VCA Arroyo. These ladies worked to resolve my request in a timely and diligent manner, and ended up saving me some money as a result. I appreciate the caring, kind service.
