“I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Kim for about 10 years now, and I can't recommend him and his team enough. He's cared for multiple pets of mine through every stage of life. He's performed several dental procedures, surgeries, and routine care, and I've always felt my cats and dogs were in the best hands. When the heartbreaking time came to say goodbye to a few of them, he and his staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. Those are moments you never forget, and they treated both my pets and me with so much dignity and care. One thing I appreciate most is that I never feel rushed. Dr. Kim takes the time to answer questions, explain options, and genuinely cares about the animals he treats. His experience and knowledge give me confidence, even in stressful situations. The staff deserves just as much recognition. They are always friendly, patient, and caring. It's obvious that everyone there loves what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is honest, skilled, compassionate, and genuinely puts the well-being of animals first. My sister brings her dogs to Dr. Kim too, and we are incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful doctor for our babies.”

“The Angels must have guided me to Ask Ariel because I somehow stumbled upon what has been the answer to revive my senior cat, Lula. She had an ongoing sinus infection due to long-term steroid use for an Intestinal Lymphoma diagnosis. The supplements from Ask Ariel have allowed me to wean Lula off of steroids and clear the chronic infection. I also switched her to 60% raw diet, per suggestion, and her digestion is better now than it was before she got sick. She improves more every day and she is acting like a young cat again. I am forever grateful for Ask Ariel!! I have and will continue to tell everyone with pets about Ask Ariel! Thank you with all of my heart!!!”

“Dr. Barry and her team are amazing. Her knowledge of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels is amazing and is just one of the reasons we keep coming here. The staff is nice and they genuinely care. Dr. Barry always takes plenty of time with June Bug and talks me through everything, and June Bug loves visiting.”

“Dr. Reagan and his staff provided exceptional surgical care for my lab. Prior to surgery, Dr Reagan explained the procedure and risks. His team contacted me a few days prior to surgery to review the pre-surgical checklist and got my questions quickly answered. After surgery, Dr Reagan provided a detailed overview of the procedure and reviewed post-op care instructions. His office contacted me the next day to see how my dog was doing, inquiring about her sleeping, eating and whether she was in any discomfort. My lab is recovering and I’ll be a doggie nurse for another 10 days. Great surgeon and team at Foothill! Worth it!”

“The staff at the El Toro Animal Hospital were so compassionate to my cat Bubba and me. We came in during an emergency without an appointment and were immediately taken back. Dr. Paul Francis and the techs were so thorough during her exam and testing. He is so knowledgeable and explained all the results in detail. Also, the lovely receptionist up front was so kind to me while I was in a panic! They were incredibly transparent about pricing and broke everything down on an itemized list. I also appreciate that they have separate doors and waiting rooms for dogs & cats. Thank you El Toro Animal Hospital! Bubba is happy and healthy again thanks to your care and expertise! 🐾”

“Dr. Lee and Francis saved my kitties life. I never had a chance to thank them for figuring things out and getting my boy Olive back healthy again. They are perfect. I'm very thankful. I think their secret is that they are not relying on a big crew and they both know lives count on their diligence. Was half the price and twice and good regarding quality. Nobody else was able to figure out the problem with my cat; So I am Sooooo thankful for Francis and Dr. Lee!!!! Absolute A+”

“I had an issue with using my CareCredit card to pay for a service at VCA Arroyo Animal Hospital several months ago. Long story short, Jasmine and Amanda went above and beyond to resolve the issue and really made me feel at ease about a frustrating situation involving a charge that should have been interest-free, but ended up not, unbeknownst to both myself and VCA Arroyo. These ladies worked to resolve my request in a timely and diligent manner, and ended up saving me some money as a result. I appreciate the caring, kind service. I have been a customer at this location since 2014 and drive by several other VCA hospitals to get to this hospital and I will continue to do so because of the service I received from this team! Thank you again to Jasmine and Amanda for your exceptional customer service!”

“Brought my female 3 year old citrus dragon in to get her very first exam and sexing. Kind welcoming staff from moment I walked in as new patient to meeting the vet tech and vet herself. Clean professional atmosphere and family vet feel. Did not upsell me or tell me any mandatory surprise fees. Will definitely come back.”
