“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”

I got there within the hour to find a quick service, they checked my old battery before selling me a new one, just in case it was empty but still good, as I though, the battery was found dead. The cashier even helped me with carrying the car battery to my car! Thank you”

“I stopped in to pick up some fuel additive to clean my fuel injectors. They had a sale for 2 bottle of "Luca" cleaner, so I decided on that. It took a while to get the employees' attention because one was on the phone forever, and the other was in the back looking for items on the inventory shelves. Eventually, I spoke and made a comment, and the gent in the back came out to help me while the other guy stayed on the phone.
On a good note, I did buy Lucas Fuel cleaner bottles for $9.”
“I went in to get a battery change on my older car and Nicholas was the only employee there. He was quick with changing my battery and he helped me on how to take better care of my vehicle insides. He is very knowledgeable and had great customer service. The shop was cleaned up and I hope his management team see this and gives him praise for all his hard work.
