“I had a sudden and unexpected emergency with my coolant, and Kevin was able to assist me in testing the radiator with water and looking for leaks. We did not see any initially, but soon after leaving the shop, leaks began to show themselves.
Kevin was incredibly helpful and provided this small service for free. At least now I know what is going on.

“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. “Needed antifreeze coolant for my 05 Jeep Liberty & my go to shop (AZ) was already closed (9pm) but then Maps told me O'Reilly's was open till 10PM & only 2 blocks from my location. I headed there specified what I needed & was advised to purchase a specific brands 50/50 pre-mix vs the widely known universal product. Agreed bcz my jeep is older & has 160k miles so I asked if I'd be able to wait around till engine cooled down. Dude said no problem & waited 10 minutes added the coolant then ran back in to purchase a safety cap for the resovior (let's the steam out safely before itll let ya unscrew it open) then put it on wiped the outside shut my hood & headed home! Grateful for this store ??”
