“I’ve known of this company for around twenty years plus. Since then Richard has taken over the company. He’s a one man operation and seems to know his stuff when it comes to the basics with batteries. I know that this person is all about customer service and satisfaction. He had 15 minutes left on his time card and helped replace my battery and test my alternator. I offered to take the new battery and do it myself and to return the core battery on a later date. He wasn’t having it. Regardless the time, we were going to change the battery. Everything went well and I now have everything working in my daily driver. Richard is a 100 percent disabled veteran of the Vietnam War. I have used him in the past to replace our company forklift battery and my brother’s motorcycle battery. Richard has all types of batteries and also has quick access to more. His shop is a bit hard to locate. If you know where Filippi’s Pizza Grotto is located he is located directly in the back. Lastly, his prices are hard to beat!!! Give him a try and you’ll have a friend for life. I highly recommend this company and Richard for all your battery needs. “I recently went in for a brake job and had to return the old pads. (They were still under warranty). My man Tyler was so helpful and quick. I was able to return the old pads and get the new ones all in about 5 minutes. Like I said quick. Also, Tyler did it all in one transaction. Which is nice because it saves me from all the receipts. It felt like Tyler was excited and eager to help me. Almost as if I had know him for years and he was just helping out one of the bros. “I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”

“The only parts place in east county worth going to. The best commercial staff period. The Manager is incredibly helpful as well. Old school parts stores are mostly a thing of the past but this crew try's to keep that tradition going. If corporate wants to be great they would figure out what this crew is doing and copy it. If I had this good of a staff I would make sure I kept them happy so nobody ever leaves. I would not want to disturb the magic at any cost.”
