“Buying a new mattress can be a journey. I deal with some health issues so it has been more complex than i expected. But mattress firm has stood up to their guarantees!! I had to exchange a mattress and they made it easy! We went to the La Mesa location and after spending time with Sam we found what we really needed. Sam was knowledgeable and gave us the space to try things and the information to make the right choice. The follow up was excellent. If you are looking for a mattress check out the La Mesa store and ask for Sam. I am happy to have spent our money with a company that stands behind their warranties. . “I purchased two mattresses during the weekend black Friday sale. I was offered superior service and great pricing! However, when Raphael came to deliver two days later, I realized I had ordered the wrong size mattress for one of the bedrooms. I do NOT know how I did that, but Keith and the store manager Scott went out of their way to help me rectify that and get the proper delivery., just one day later. These gentlemen are true professionals. A mattress isn't something that you routinely purchase, but when it's time again - there is no question where I will be headed. Thank you for everything!!”

“From the first phone call I made to the time we picked up our mattress, the customer service experience was exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with Maria in the warehouse. She had a customer but acknowledged me right away and worked with both of us as we tried various mattresses. She was patient, professional and courteous. I was pleased. I also spoke with Maria’s sister on the phone but her name has escaped me. She was so sweet. Then there’s Tim. He came out to measure for a perfect sized mattress in our RV. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. He was professional, so pleasant and answered my numerous questions. My mattress was created with love in rapid time! I was told 2 weeks and it was ready in just one week. One of the owners, Pablo, offered me a bedding package at 75% off sheet set, mattress cover and 2 memory foam pillows. The sheets are super soft & cozy, and I love them. My ONLY disappointment was the pillows weren’t what I expected. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them but they don’t work for me. I just expected them to be soft & fluffy like the one I tried in the warehouse which was amazing!! Will purchase one of those at a later date. Pablo greeted me upon pickup of mattress with a huge smile and warm handshake. He was very friendly, and we had a nice chat. Jordan helped with tying down mattress along with another gentleman whose name has escaped me. They, too, were very friendly. Never before have I experienced such incredible customer service from the top down such as Mattress Makers!! Oh, and I wanted to wait on their review until I had a few nights on my mattress. It’s exactly what I needed, firm yet soft on top. I haven’t slept this well for a few years now. This is my 4th bed in 3 years, and this one is here to stay. I am a forever customer and HIGHLY recommend this place for your mattress, bed and bedding needs. It’s also family-owned & operated which is a plus. Thank you to the family and others I encountered who met me with with such warmth.”

“I usually loathe going into stores with salespeople but my experience with Jerome's and their rep Karen was such a smooth process. She was able to educate me on things I didn't even think of like correctly laying on the mattress to test it out, how to correctly choose what comfort you like best, all the way down to explaining what the mattress is made out of. Mattresses are an expensive investment but this experience made it worth every penny!”
“I purchased a set of Nightstands from Shuwee and they were perfect. The owners were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Being located in Texas, the Nightstands had to be shipped to my location and they were very patient and willing to work with me while I figured out how to get them shipped. They arrived on time and were packaged very carefully so they did not get damaged during the shipment. They were in perfect condition, exactly as described! I had been searching for these nightstands (which were out of stock everywhere) for months and still can't believe I found them brand new at Shuwee. I am extremely happy with this purchase and thankful to the whole Shuwee team.”

“This Target located at Grossmont Center is two story store. It is easy to forget that the main entrance is the 2nd floor. I was stuck momentarily in the elevator because I was pressing the "2" and the door just kept reopening. After 2 or 3 tries I realized I was already on the 2nd floor. I did finally make it to the first floor as that is where the mens department is located.”
“This place is different than you would expect when shopping for office furniture. Bobby is a consolidator and has quite the inventory on his lot which is deceivingly large. Bobby gives the personal touch and goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for. His prices are fair and he does have some gems to be found.”
“This is a large store that is currently stocked full of everything Christmas (and a small section of Chanukah items), all made by hand! From Christmas ornaments, candles, Santa wish lists, wood tables, giant, outside Christmas lights and statues, they have everything for the holidays. Lots of employees inside, and Christmas music playing to get you really into the spirit. This is more than a store...it's a experience!”
“Reclaimed wood helped us finish our Parota wood table, and they were really easy to work with. We brought in a 7'+ parota slab we had milled, and they did the cut and glue up for our waterfall table. The guys there are obviously passionate about the wood products they make as well as helping others finish DIY projects. They were really quick to get it done, especially since we asked right before Christmas. We think it turned out beautifully, and I appreciate their input and help on getting it done!”
