Most of the representatives don’t seem to know anything about the services, and the way they talk to customers is unprofessional. My experience with AT&T customer service over the phone has been below zero. this review is only for this specific location and only for Joel and Eric. They were amazing. They actually listened, knew exactly what they were doing, and helped us a lot with our service. We were seriously planning to leave AT&T, but because of Joel and Eric’s experience, patience, and professionalism, they made us stay. They truly know how to keep customers.
