“To be honest, I’m not happy with AT&T overall. Every time I call 611, the customer service is extremely disappointing. Most of the representatives don’t seem to know anything about the services, and the way they talk to customers is unprofessional. My experience with AT&T customer service over the phone has been below zero. this review is only for this specific location and only for Joel and Eric. They were amazing. They actually listened, knew exactly what they were doing, and helped us a lot with our service. We were seriously planning to leave AT&T, but because of Joel and Eric’s experience, patience, and professionalism, they made us stay. They truly know how to keep customers. AT&T needs more employees like them. and the five star I gave for Joel and Eric.”
“Brought my IPad Pro in for a cracked screen repair and happy with the result. I was expecting it to be a costly repair so I think the price was very reasonable and the service time was fairly quick and timely being that they had to order the part. “I hope this guy Zach is not the owner. He did was he was supposed to do to help me out but he was extremely rude keeping talking on the phone with someone, seemed helping them to find a job. Once we arrived at the store, he was attentive, friendly, and very patient answering the questions from both me and my wife. He assisted us with the purchase of my wife’s new phone and the transferring of the data. He was by himself and handled the multiple customers with patience, while still checking on us during the long data transfer process. We were very pleased with his customer service. A couple hours later, he handed me my fully functional phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm back up and running for hundreds less than I thought it would cost me. “Carlos and Khalid were great! I switched from T-Mobile and Metro PCS. My biggest thing is being able to get in and out as quick as possible and both Metro and T-Mobile took over an hour and a half sometimes close to 2 hours to get me squared away with a new phone. I went into cricket and was greeted by Carlos and I told him I want to get in and out of here quick with a phone and new service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paid and done. I would recommend this location entirely, and would recommend cricket in general as I've already experienced far better quality of service.”
“I got my cellphone repaired here through my insurance with T-Mobile and my phone was
returned to me in brand new condition! I had dropped my phone on concrete and my clumsiness caused my whole front screen to be cracked and half of the screen was blacked out.
The repair was very quick, just under an hour.
The shopping center the repair shop is located has plenty of parking and shops/restaurants to browse or eat at while you wait.”

“Steve is the person to ask for if you have a non tech savvy friend who needs a new smart phone or watch. In my case, Steve was there 100 % for my friend who bought a new smartwatch...she bought it because of its fall activation features, primarily. Steve guided my friend through each step, explaining the watch's features, followed up that she actually received her purchase made at Costco and then made an appointment with her to activate the watch. He is patient, kind, and takes all the time a non-tech savvy customer needs to feel comfortable with their new purchase. Steve is the go-to personI recommend for T-Mobile services at Costco La Mesa.”

“I took my phone in because it wasn't charging. The staff there stated he could fix it in 20 minutes. I gave him my phone, waited the 20 minutes in my car, came back and my phone was charging again! Charged a fair price, much cheaper than having to replace my phone through insurance.”
“I had a few serious complications when transferring service from my previous carrier. It took a lot of time, effort, patience and knowledge to finally get it unraveled and sorted.
Diana and Salma (Manager) were absolutely amazing through the entire process. It took 3 different days and roughly 3 hours each visit to identify the problem, troubleshoot with 3 different carriers on a conference call, explain thoroughly to me, present the solution, suggest temporary measures, assistance returning a phone, follow through with corporate processes, as well as having to follow up with those back office processes and they could not have been more professional, respectful, courteous and accommodating.
As stressful and frustrating as this debacle was for me, they empathized and worked hard on its resolution. They made me feel like we were a team together, not as though I was a problem customer and they couldn’t be bothered, (my experience with a different non Corp store). The long visits never felt that long and I would leave the store with confidence and trust that they 'had my back'. I was very close to just cancelling the transfer and retreating to my prior carrier but did not do that as a direct result of these two stellar employees.
Diana and Salma delivered customer service with great care, depth of knowledge, kindness, experience, patience and with grace rarely encountered these days.
Please give them special kudos, they deserve to be acknowledged!

“Paola was very helpful. I have had an issue with Google storage for a year. I call Google they tell me to call T-Mobile I called T-Mobile they tell me to call Google. I went into the store and Paola fixed it for me in about 2 minutes! Thank you kindly! Great customer service great price point! I recommend this place!”
“When in today and the staff were amazing, always are. I was able to get help. I purchase Bluetooth headphones which one of them offered to set up for me. At the end the one who finished my transaction, gave me an empty box. I realized the mistake tonight and drove to store, a few minutes after 7p. However no one was there, can't leave a voice message either as phone just continues to ring. I hope they may resolve this issue asap.”
