“I had a challenging item to pack — a large mobile screen with a long supporting pole — and couldn’t find any nearby shipping store that could handle it, not even the UPS Store. But PostalAnnex at Poway saved the day!
Teri was absolutely awesome! ? She took the time to understand the dimensions and fragility of the item, found the right packing materials, and wrapped it up securely and professionally. She went above and beyond to make sure it was safely packed and ready for shipping. I’ve attached a photo of the final package — solid work!

“I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine. I too am in customer service and I was shocked to receive such excellent service over a simple print. It's very refreshing to see people with a pleasant smile at their jobs! Great job FedEx office you must be treating your team well! Please give this store and these gentleman my shoutout and words of appreciation! Thank you- I will be back!”

“There was this very nice young lady working at this store. I didn’t get her name, because I was so tired from my walk there , yesterday. But this young lady, even though she was very busy she went out of her way to help me out with my printing. I was able to get my things done and she even offered me some water and told me to have a seat. So I could cool off. I really appreciated her kindness and am so sorry that I didn’t get her name! Thank you for having such lovely people working in your store! I really enjoyed and appreciated her kindness! Very nice store to get my errands done here. The prices are so good!”

“Great local shipping shop with excellent customer service. I usually drop in to send off small packages and online returns when in the area. Staff is always super friendly and positive. After having a good experience shipping little things, I recently needed to ship my espresso machine in for repairs, which I am really glad I did with them. Unfortunately my machine was damaged by UPS during shipment, but the PA team (especially Teri) was on top of it and helped me through the entire process. Not only helped, but white gloved me through the whole process, following up with UPS on my behalf as well as working directly with my repair company to access damage costs. While it sucks it happened, thanks for taking a stressful and long situation and getting it resolved for me. Highly recommend if you are shipping important things cuz they got your back.”
