Went looking for affordable fishing poles for my son and I wasn't disappointed. Stores always fully stocked. Nice place to pick up ammunition too.

The store in Lakewood is much larger and spacious compared to the one in Cerritos. It was fairly easy to find what I wanted and there was plenty of help around if I couldn’t find the product I was looking for.

Had a nightmare situation but was able to sort it out and they made it right. There is no perfect business and things will go wrong but what makes a great business is customer service. Hands-down the best experience with dealing with customer service both from person on the phone to the associate Jose in store 💯
