“I love this place, overall much cleaner than 24 Hour Fitness in Cypress/Los Alamitos. The evening hours are however lacking. Closing at 9p is a bit short. Extended hours to at least 11p would be great.”

“This gym is really clean. I was greeted at door. The staff was very helpful. This my first time at this location. Having a Platinum membership allows you entry into this location. The equipment has a QR code reader if you are new to their equipment. The QR code reader will demonstrate how to use the equipment. I love the working fans on the cardio equipment. It's not as large as some of them other locations. The parking in unbelievable small for the size of this gym. This location gets full fast.”

“Loving this gym so far...the owner is very knowledgeable about injuries that can be regenerated during workouts, very helpful for someone like me, he's very helpful and detailed regarding what trainers offer as well if needed...he even went beyond and offered me straps of kinesiology tape for my arm..soo appreciated!! The trainers are very nice...cool seeing them work with clients of all ages.. also like that this is a private and almost intimate gym with the size..feel very welcomed..very clean, machine's are A1 and I have a door code for whenever I want to workout during business hours...so glad I passed up on the major chain/corporate style gyms!”
