The gym is clean and well appointed. I like my trainer. My only beef is with the hours. They close at nine except Sunday, when they are open 11-4. I like to work out after work, but if I'm not out the door by 7:30, forget it.

Clean, with friendly staff, well-maintained equipment plus free coffee. What's not to love? They also have an outdoor area if you prefer your workouts al fresco.

This place is wonderful Well kept and with very Kind personnel. We are very fortunate To have this YMCA In our neighborhood.
