“I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, that's when I met Alfredo. I had a certain car in mind to get, Alfredo was showing me everything but nothing caught my eye. He kept mentioning the Altima but I wasn't really interested. As I was about to leave, he mentioned the Altima's again so why not. I got in the car, nothing too fancy but it was nice. I called my girl to talk to her about it. It was getting late and I wanted a new car lol. So I started asking questions. Then he told me the price, I said let's take a drive to the ATM. An hour later, I'm signing the paperwork. He dropped the price just a bit so I could pay for it in cash. Almost a month later, I am in love with it. One of the decisions in my life lol. “These guys were great. The car that we purchased was exactly as shown online. We drove 4 hours to get there, paid cash. While the girls were doing paperwork the boys went through it making sure everything was good. They told us that the amplifier for the sound system was dead, common problem and that they would send us one. Sure enough 2 weeks later we have a amplifier .

“I had a good experience taking my car over to Cerritos Toyota. Claudia was very friendly and super helpful. It felt like a pleasant personalized experience.
Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”
