“Don't know if this is a common occurrence, but it was good to see. While I was purchasing tickets at their Lotto/Lottery Vending machine, I could not help but notice how good the staff was. The few employees at the registers greeted their customers with a friendly hello, and they knew many of the customers names. Maybe it was just a coincidence that this happened while i was here, but it was good to see and hear. Nice job folks! By the way, my tickets lost. Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky next time.”
